Job Description

As an HR Global Shared Services Lead Analyst, you play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees and stakeholders. You respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries. Additionally, you assist in resolving employee issues or directing them to the appropriate HR personnel. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws by maintaining accurate records, monitoring adherence, and supporting audits. - Assisting with administrative tasks such as creating and updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems. In the Grade Specific role, your ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently is essential. You should be adept at analyzing problems, generating solutions, and implementing appropriate actions. Developing a specialization within a specific domain of expertise and leading a small team are expected. You are starting to excel in some competency dimensions.
