Designation:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting job descriptions for roles across PAN India operations.
Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
Learn and contribute to screening resumes, shortlisting profiles, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and track applications for smooth recruitment flow.
Help in coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and documentation for selected candidates.
Gain exposure to salary structures, industry benchmarks, and recruitment policies.
Support HR activities like offer letter preparation, onboarding, and induction coordination.
Learn HR operational processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to
1 year of HR internship/experience
are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in building a career in HR and willingness to learn end-to-end recruitment processes.
Team player with strong organizational skills.
