Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Recruit employees for GIPL, PSW, and the Silvassa plant.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires at GIPL, PSW (Ahmedabad), and Chaibasa locations.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of new employees, including preparation of offer letters, salary slips, and experience letters.
Arrange uniforms for new joiners in accordance with company guidelines.
Oversee housekeeping operations on the entire third floor.
Draft and revise company policies as required.
Follow up on mediclaim cases for the plant locations and the Surat office.
Manage bill payments for housekeeping and security services for both the office and the Veneziano premises.
Handle staff-related expense payments for the Chaibasa location.
Verify and process salaries for GIPL and PSW, and review salary data for the Silvassa plant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
