Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. This role involves managing recruitment processes, administering HR policies, handling employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Conduct comprehensive new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Administer and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, within the HRIS.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.
Process payroll inputs and assist with benefits administration as required.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR data and sensitive information.
