Job Description

As a dynamic Senior HR Executive focusing on Employee Engagement, Training, and Employee Relations, you will be responsible for driving engagement initiatives, coordinating learning and development programs, managing recognition activities, and cultivating a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and delivering employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, recognition programs, and cultural events. You will design and conduct employee surveys, review feedback, and propose enhancements to boost engagement. Additionally, you will lead wellness drives, social responsibility activities, and employee connection programs while maintaining an annual engagement calendar and acknowledging milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, and achievements. In terms of orientation and onboarding, you will conduct new hire orientation promptly after joining, assign and monitor mandatory LMS courses for timely completion, and collect feedback for process enhancements. For Training and Development, you will maintain a skills matrix to identify training needs, develop and implement the training calendar in consultation with stakeholders, and track attendance, completion, and feedback for training programs. In the realm of Rewards and Recognition, you will review and validate nominations, coordinate award distribution, create event presentations, and ensure timely recognition. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining various trackers and reports related to induction feedback, LMS completion, engagement and training calendars, R&R nominations and service awards, birthday lists and cost reports, inventory management, and HR communications. In the domain of Employee Relations, you will conduct HR connect sessions and floor walks to gather employee feedback, prepare reports, presentations, and engagement analyses, and collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and enhance satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Training, and Employee Relations. Strong communication skills (verbal & written), proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously are essential for success in this position.,
