Job Description – HR Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative activities. Freshers with good communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave trackers, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee-related data.
- Handle employee queries and assist with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and records.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
