Assist the top-management as a key business driving function
Onboarding of new candidates, including induction and proper documentation.
Conducting daily interviews and passing feedbacks to consultants
Payroll processing – managing salary issues, attendance regularization
Policy making and enforcement – Ensuring company’s policy is kept updated as per the
changing needs and ensuring the policy is strictly followed
Internal conflict management – policy problems, keeping employees motivated
Employee engagement activities - Conducting internal events like townhall, birthday
bashes, outings etc
Employee Retention – controlling attrition and managing retention activities.
proper reporting, regular communications and follow ups
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
