We're a growing home healthcare organization building a new way of delivering healthcare in India. As we expand across locations, we're constantly looking for good people to join our team — from nurses and physiotherapists to caregivers and operations staff.We're looking for someone young, smart and driven to join our HR team and help us build that workforce.
What this role is about:
This isn't just about posting jobs and calling candidates. We need someone who knows how to use digital platforms, explore AI tools, find creative ways to source talent and get things done.
What we're looking for:
1.Good at sourcing and connecting with people.2.Comfortable using AI tools and modern digital platforms.3.Smart with job portals, online recruitment and social media.4.Good communication and coordination skills.5.Someone who takes ownership and enjoys working with targets.6.A quick learner who isn't afraid to experiment with new tools and ideas.7.You'll work closely with our operations teams and leadership, manage recruitment across 8.multiple locations and help us scale our healthcare workforce.
