Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive – Recruitment with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Source candidates through job portals like Indeed, Job Hai, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage bulk hiring for factory workers, machine operators and production staff.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports and candidate databases.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
1–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
Strong experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Type: Full-Time
