Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring portals.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Good English communication skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
