Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive – Recruitment to support our hiring activities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation
• Support day-to-day HR activities as required

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR & recruitment
