Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, active and target-oriented HR Executive cum Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring skilled service professionals across different service categories.

The candidate will manage the complete recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, calling, screening, follow-ups, skill assessment coordination, documentation and service partner onboarding.

The main objective of this role is to build a strong network of skilled service partners for the company.

Service Categories for Hiring

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting service partners for the following categories:

• Women's Salon & Massage – Beauticians, hair stylists, makeup artists and massage professionals.
• Men's Salon & Massage – Barbers, hair stylists and grooming professionals.
• Cleaning & Pest Control – Home cleaners, deep cleaning professionals and pest control technicians.
• AC & Appliance Repair – AC technicians and refrigerator, washing machine and other appliance repair professionals.
• Electrician, Plumber & Carpenter – Skilled electricians, plumbers and carpenters.
• House Help & Daycare – Maids, cooks, babysitters and daycare professionals.
• Painting & Waterproofing – Painters and waterproofing professionals.
• Birthday Decoration – Birthday decorators, balloon artists and event decorators.
• Puja, Hawan & Anushthan – Pandits and experienced puja service professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

• Source potential service partners through job portals, social media, recruitment databases, references and local networks.
• Make daily outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Identify candidates according to the company's service category requirements.
• Screen candidates based on their skills, experience and location.
• Maintain a regular pipeline of interested and qualified service partners.

2. Candidate Calling & Follow-ups

• Explain the company's business model, services and earning opportunities.
• Explain the onboarding process, commission structure and working guidelines.
• Convince skilled professionals to join the Chutkee service partner network.
• Follow up with interested candidates until successful registration.
• Schedule interviews and skill assessments.

3. Service Partner Onboarding

• Collect and verify required documents and KYC details.
• Coordinate skill assessments and practical tests.
• Complete service partner registration formalities.
• Coordinate training and orientation sessions.
• Ensure successful onboarding and activation of service partners.

4. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

• Maintain daily calling and recruitment trackers.
• Update candidate details and recruitment status in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Track interested candidates, shortlisted candidates, registrations and active service partners.
• Monitor category-wise hiring performance and achieve assigned targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or consultancy preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing methods.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring categories.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with experience in Recruitment Consultancies, Staffing Agencies or HR Recruitment Firms will be preferred.
• Experience in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in telecalling, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Knowledge of sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia and social media platforms.
• Experience in blue-collar hiring, technician hiring, salon recruitment or service industry recruitment will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured on the basis of:

• Daily outbound calls.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of interested service partners.
• Number of interviews and skill assessments scheduled.
• Number of successful service partner registrations.
• Number of active service partners.
• Category-wise recruitment target achievement.
• Timely updating of recruitment MIS.
