Job Description

As an HR Support Coordinator at our company, your role will involve a variety of support activities within the HR Team. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, maintaining the employee database, and posting job advertisements. Your strong liaison between HR and employees will ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. Additionally, you will assist in creating policies, processes, and documents to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with potential job candidates and contact candidate references for verification. - Manage HR records, including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms confidentially. - Issue employment-related verification documents and ensure completion. - Provide new employees with enrollment documents. - Conduct initial screening interviews and contact references to verify backgrounds. - Manage the Training and Development of employees according to company processes. - Oversee the exiting process. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Total work of 1 year (Preferred) Please note that this position is full-time and permanent.
