As an experienced professional with 4-9 years of experience, your role will involve ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries. You will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and TDS. Your coordination with finance and HR teams will be crucial for salary revisions, deductions, and final settlements. It is essential for you to stay updated with the latest labor laws and statutory regulations to perform effectively. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, LWF, PT, etc. Your excellent attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities.
