About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and career-oriented HR Executive who wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have relevant HR experience, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with employees and management to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or HR administration is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and eagerness to learn.
• A strong interest in building a long-term career in HR.
