HR executive intern

As an HR Executive Intern at our company, your role will involve maintaining and updating employee records across various platforms, supporting onboarding processes, and coordinating with finance and HR teams for timely salary disbursement. Additionally, you will participate in employee engagement activities, assist with recruitment tasks, and contribute to HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records (personal files, HRIS, and databases). - Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and orientation. - Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure timely salary disbursement. - Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. - Support recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources (completed or pursuing final semester). - Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Eagerness to learn and grow in HR operations.
