Job Title: HR Executive Intern Qualification: MBA in Human Resources Experience: Basic knowledge/experience in Payroll Management Job Summary We are seeking a motivated HR Executive Intern to support the HR department in daily operations, with a focus on payroll assistance, HR administration, and employee coordination. This role is ideal for a candidate with an MBA in HR who wishes to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. Key Responsibilities Assist in payroll preparation by gathering employee attendance, leave data, and validating salary inputs. Maintain and update employee records (personal files, HRIS, and databases). Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and orientation. Assist in handling employee queries related to payroll, leave, and HR policies. Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure timely salary disbursement. Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Prepare HR reports such as payroll statements, attendance reports, and MIS data.
