We have an opening for HR executive with 1 year plus experience.
1. Hiring activities.
2. To Develop relations with Employees/Workmen by addressing their demands and grievances.
3. To Engaged in employees life-cycle - Recruitment to Retirement Employees Documentations.
4. To Maintain Employees’ Ditigal records in terms of attendance in HRMS link software.
5. To Arrange Events and Involvement – Developments activities of Employees/Workmen.
6. To Stop or reduce the attrition rate in factory.
7. Overseeing of Health and Safety of All employees/ Workmen.
8. Joint activity with admin.
9. Manage Statutory Benefits to Employees, by awareness programs with all employees. i.e labour welfare benefits, provident funds, Group Medical Insurance, Gratuity Schemes, Employees State Insurance Scheme, etc.
10. Complete Knowledge of HRMS for employees record and maintain their working hours with output records
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
