Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for all recruitment vendors supporting BPO hiring. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and communicate them to vendors. Ensure timely submission of quality candidates from vendors as per job specifications. Coordinate interview schedules between vendors, candidates, and internal hiring managers. Strong understanding of BPO industry hiring needs and challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Skills: Experience managing multiple third-party agencies.
