Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment data, such as candidate status and interview feedback.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a professional manner, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of open communication.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the administration of performance review processes and employee evaluations.
  • Help manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development strategies.
  • Track and document employee performance metrics.
