Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • payroll administration, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure effective communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders through regular meetings and updates.

  • Focus on T& D activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of contract labour management practices and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Payroll Administration software applications (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Working Days: 6 Days and All Sundays Off

  • Parks:- Canteen Facility

Job location: Kuruli, Chakan
