HR Coordinator for Talent Acquisition

You will be joining the India HR team at Gruve as an HR Associate. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is proactive and looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations. Your responsibilities will involve supporting various HR activities to ensure smooth employee experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR databases. - Support onboarding and offboarding formalities (non-recruitment). - Coordinate with Admin, IT, and other functions for employee logistics and requirements. - Help prepare HR letters, ID cards, and maintain attendance & leave data. - Assist in employee engagement activities and event coordination. - Help ensure compliance with HR policies and processes. - Coordinate with external vendors for insurance, background checks, etc. - Assist with audits and documentation as needed (ISO, SOC 2, etc.). - Master/ bachelors degree in HR, Management, or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
