HR Coordinator - Associate (HRMS)

Role Overview: In Omnicom Global Solutions, a key player in the global marketing and corporate communications industry, you will join a team of over 4000 colleagues dedicated to providing top-notch solutions to clients worldwide. As part of this dynamic and rapidly growing organization, your role will involve a range of responsibilities in HRIS data management, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: - HRIS Data entry, including adding new hires, processing leavers, and making various data changes - Generating and analyzing reports from HRIS system - Completing onboarding tasks such as SharePoint entries, Register entries, and initiating reference checks - Handling offboarding tasks like entering leavers on SharePoint and issuing employment verification letters - Drafting salary increase letters, bonus letters, and employment verification letters - Working on HR administrative projects as assigned Qualifications: - **Education:** Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Administration, IT, or a related field - **Experience:** Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of agency business operations in a fast-paced environment - **Skills:** - At least 1 year of administrative experience in a collaborative working environment - Ability to multi-task with accuracy and proficiency - Experience in data handling with attention to detail - Project management skills to deliver tasks within deadlines - Strong verbal, written, and customer service communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel - Interest in learning company policy, audit practices, and employment law,
