Criteria: · Capable to handle the environment. · Capable to handle the people. · Willing to travel to various branches in various locations. · Sound knowledge in HR concepts,5S & Quality related Concepts Responsibilities and Duties: Key Responsibilities: · Create policies & procedures. · Follow-up the system · Attendance maintenance. · MIS preparation · Employee performance measurement. · Conduct the review meeting · Employee engagement activities. · Motivate the employees. · Conduct the review meeting. · Training & development activities. · Handling the employee grievances. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Education qualification: MBA (HR) or MSW ( HR ) Age: 28 - 35 Gender: Male only Work Location: Madurai Experience: 5 years and above Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
