HR - Business Specialist

As a candidate for this position, you should be capable of handling the work environment and interpersonal relationships effectively. You must demonstrate willingness to travel to various branches located in different places. Additionally, you should possess sound knowledge in HR concepts, 5S, and Quality related concepts. Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring system follow-up, maintaining attendance records, preparing MIS reports, measuring employee performance, conducting review meetings, organizing employee engagement activities, motivating employees, facilitating training and development programs, and addressing employee grievances. To qualify for this role, you are required to have an educational background of MBA (HR) or MSW (HR), aged between 28 to 35 years, and be male. The work location for this position is Madurai, and it is a full-time job opportunity. The job type is full-time, and the work schedule is during the day shift. In addition to the base salary, there is a performance bonus offered for this position.,
