Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the environment and people, as well as traveling to various branches in different locations. Your role will require sound knowledge in HR concepts, 5S, and Quality related concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Create policies & procedures. - Follow-up on the system. - Maintain attendance records. - Prepare MIS reports. - Measure employee performance. - Conduct review meetings. - Organize employee engagement activities. - Motivate employees. - Conduct training & development activities. - Address employee grievances. Qualification Required: - Education qualification: MBA (HR) or MSW (HR) - Age: 28 - 35 - Gender: Male only - Work Location: Madurai - Experience: 5 years and above Additional Details: The company operates on a full-time basis with a day shift schedule and offers performance bonuses.
