About the Role We are looking for a responsible HR Assistant Manager- The HR Asst. Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key job responsibilities Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address and resolve employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes. Work with managers to set performance goals and provide coaching for performance improvement. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance. Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs. Facilitate employee training sessions or coordinate external training programs. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Compensation and Benefits: Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures. Manage benefits enrolment and address employee inquiries. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and integrity. HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Generate and maintain regular reports for management on HR-related analytics. Data maintenance and make use of it for making informed decisions and recommendations. Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Manage employee documentation and records in accordance with legal requirements.
