Job Description: You will be responsible for managing HR and Sales & Marketing activities at LearnX University Hyderabad, located in Telangana, India. Your role will include developing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and leading sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies to ensure efficient HR management - Manage employee benefits and personnel matters effectively - Oversee sales and marketing activities to drive business growth - Utilize your Sales and Marketing experience to enhance the university's brand - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders - Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a dynamic work environment Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies - Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management - Previous Sales and Marketing experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,
