HR & Operations Intern – Treble Kicks

Location: Thrissur Region
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Treble Kicks is a fast-growing multi-sport organization operating across Kochi, Thrissur, and Kottayam. We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Operations Intern to support our team in day-to-day coordination and regional operations.

Role Overview

As an HR & Operations Intern at Treble Kicks, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, recruitment, and operational execution. This role is ideal for freshers or college students who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize calls, interviews, and internal meetings
• Assist with basic HR tasks, documentation, and onboarding
• Support recruitment efforts across departments

Operations Support:

• Assist the operations team in managing activities in the Thrissur region
• Coordinate with instructors, schools, and parents as required
• Support in planning and smooth execution of sessions/events

Requirements

• Must have a laptop and stable internet
• Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under fast-paced and critical environments
• Strong organisational and people-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and take initiative

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
