As a Team Manager in this company, your role will involve coordinating staff recruitments and selection process to ensure timely selection. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating staff files, monitoring staff performance and attendance activities, as well as maintaining and updating employee work records. Additionally, you will provide support to staff to help in developing their skills and capabilities.
