Role Overview

hands-on HR & Admin professional

proven experience hiring technical talent

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Hiring & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

Draft and publish on job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and relevant hiring platforms.
Actively
source technical candidates
using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes
for technical relevance, skills, and experience quality.
Conduct
initial HR screening calls
to assess candidate fit, communication, and motivation.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files.

3. Administration, Procurement & Office Operations

Handle
procurement
of office supplies, hardware, software licenses, and services.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

4. Payments & Bookkeeping Support

Coordinate
vendor payments
, invoices, and expense tracking.
Maintain basic
bookkeeping records
and payment logs.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in hiring technical talent
(engineering, software, embedded, AI, robotics, etc.).
Ability to
understand technical job requirements
and evaluate candidate relevance.
Experience in
end-to-end recruitment
in a startup or tech environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Good-to-Have

Experience in early-stage startups or deep-tech companies.
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, ATS tools, and recruitment platforms.
Basic understanding of payroll, bookkeeping, and vendor payments.
Exposure to compliance and HR documentation processes.
