Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for data collection, structuring, analyzing and preparing Dashboards for driving various PRO interventions Driving Campus Hiring Program for Operations. Identifying, & fostering a positive employer brand within college communities and elevating source mix with campus hirings for India market Operations hiring Responsible for managing the Store Management Trainee program for India Operation Driving diversity in talent mix for Operations by ensuring management of Apprenticeship Program Collaborates with the regional Partner Resources Operations team, Partner Resources COE teams and Operations team to drive various interventions May assist in the formulation of various PR policies and procedures Liaison with vendors Summary of Experience Experience in managing multiple stakeholders Preferably with experience working in the retail or hospitality industry Business/ functional background in retail or customer service industry 2 years Data Analytics - 1 year Qualification Postgraduate with specialization preferably in human resource management Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in English, both written and oral Able to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to apply knowledge of business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes Strong presentation and facilitation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Good business acumen with in-depth understanding of retail store operations environment and customer service industry Good interpersonal skills and able to build, influence and maintain positive relationships with different stakeholders across functions Open-minded and creative in coming up with effective solutions Recognizes potential problems before they become larger issues; solves problems effectively and follows-up on results Leads self and others successfully through minor and major change Enables open, constant and constructive dialogue between teams Plans, resources and monitors the effective delivery of learning and performance solutions Carefully considers multiple factors before making decisions
