Job Description

Role & responsibilities Summary of Key Responsibilities - Implements and administers key Partner Resources programs and systems for the region - Analyzes business challenges of the region and programs to identify improvement opportunities. - Collaborates with the regional operations team to provide solutions - Provides consulting and business partnering to regional business leaders in achieving organization objectives - Responsible for driving following activities for the region: o Manpower planning for the region o Managing the entire partner life cycle in theregion: attraction, onboarding and retention of partners o Driving effective performance management processes including succession planning and partner development o Managing and resolving activities/issues related to labor relations, compliance and integrity o Implementing compensation, learning and organization development, diversity, records, benefits related activities o Collaborating with the business on driving partner engagement, reward & recognition and CSR initiatives for the region o Leads the diversity and inclusion initiative for the region - Interacts and counsels partners concerning work-related queries - Reviews and explains partner resources policies and programs for the region - Assists with the rollout of updated or new PR programs and initiatives - Assist in the formulation of various PR policies and procedures Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Ability to workboth independently and as part of a team - Strongpresentation and facilitation skills - Good interpersonal skills and able to build, influence and maintain positive relationships with different stakeholders across functions - Open-minded and creative in coming up with effective solutions - Leads self and others successfully through change management - Enables open, constant and constructive dialogue between functions - Plans, resources and monitors the effective delivery of learning and performance solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
