India HR Operations currently supports India region. Our primary function is to coordinate with the local HR Payroll/ HR Manager and process employee lifecycle transactions in HR Tool MyHR. This position is to support India HR Processes. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include? The prime responsibility of the person is to support HR Operations team in employee lifecycle changes from Hire to Leaver. Working closely with HRMs / TA team members to ensure the request received is clearly and processed timely. Sending emails and reminders to stakeholders for necessary documentation. Working with HRIT and IT to ensure proper onboarding of new hires. Work on different HR projects as necessary. You will report to Head of Human Resources Operations- India. SHARE your talent Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Relevant years of Operations administration experience. Should have sensitivity of employee information. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective Communication skills. Should have HR Operations processes. Preferably worked with HR processes. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel. Desired Skills and Abilities: Worked in a global environment preferred. Exposure to working in other geographies preferred. Preferred MBA in HR. Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
