HR Administrator

You are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join the dynamic People Operations team at Version 1. This role will provide broad exposure across multiple HR functions, with a focus on onboarding, compliance, and HR systems. In this role, your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records in HR systems, generating reports, managing compliance checks, and providing support for HR projects. You will work collaboratively with the wider HR team and handle tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems, and the capability to manage a high-volume workload while ensuring service excellence. Additionally, having a positive attitude, being resilient under pressure, being a collaborative team player, and demonstrating strong listening skills are key attributes for success in this role. Desirable qualifications include previous experience in HR administration or a similar role, familiarity with HR systems and data handling.
