Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Management:

Ensure accurate data entry and coordination with the payroll team.

Monitor absenteeism and prepare monthly attendance reports.

Joining Formalities:

Handle onboarding procedures for new employees and labour staff.

Maintain proper documentation and update employee databases.

Salary Coordination:

Assist with monthly salary processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.

Support the finance team in preparing payslips and handling salary-related queries.

Exit Formalities:

Conduct exit processes including clearance forms, final settlements, and feedback collection.

HR Operations Support:

Maintain records, files, and HR documentation.

Assist with policy communication and HR compliance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in HR Administration, preferably in a construction or site-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of attendance systems and basic payroll processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
