HPC Engineer

As an HPC Engineer L2 at SHI India Solutions India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in implementing Linux and HPC solutions for our clients, enabling them to enhance their enterprise intelligence. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing HPC and Linux solutions for customers, ensuring efficient operations within our facilities. - Conducting Proof of Concepts to address customer requirements effectively. - Playing a key role in customer service post-sales, including demos and operational walkthroughs. - Establishing valuable business relationships with customers to promote the value of SHIINDIA. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and documenting the outcomes for the knowledge database. - Building customer relationships with new principals and processing orders. - Translating concepts into production-ready projects during the conception and elaboration phases of services engagement. - Promoting Locuz value through business relationships and support networks. - Efficiently managing projects with proper SOW/Implementation/Project plan documentation. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of relevant experience in HPC Applications. - Proficiency in Cluster Tool Kit including Rocks, xCAT, OpenHPC. - Experience with schedulers such as PBS Pro, SLURM. - Familiarity with MPI implementations like Intel and OpenMPI. - Knowledge of Parallel File Systems like Lustre and GPFS. - Ability to compile and install scientific applications such as GROMACS, NAMD, LAMMPS, OpenFOAM, Gaussian, etc. - Understanding of numerical libraries like BLAS, LAPACK, FFTW, ScaLAPACK, MKL. - Skills in configuring and managing Docker or containerized HPC environments (Singularity, Podman). - Proficiency in integrating and optimizing Intel OneAPI, GCC, and MPI environments. - Experience in managing NVIDIA GPU drivers and CUDA.
