Job Description

Production & Facility Operations

Oversee daily manufacturing activities of HPAPI products, ensuring compliance with batch production records and SOPs.
Monitor equipment performance, cleanliness, and readiness for production.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for timely resolution of equipment issues/ breakdowns.
Enforce advanced containment protocols to containment protocols for handling HPAPIs.
Lead cross-functional safety audits and drive continuous improvement and participate in risk assessments.
Instill a proactive safety culture across all operational levels and ensure use of PPE and engineering controls.
Oversee compliance systems and ensure audit readiness of production activities, deviations, and investigations.
Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards, EHS, and regulatory standards.
Strategically manage inventory and supply chain for uninterrupted operations of raw materials, intermediates, and consumables required for HPAPI production.
Oversee procurement requirements with procurement teams for timely material supply.
Review and approve inventory audits and reconciliations and reconciliation.
Collaborate with senior leadership across QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
Mentor and develop operational teams on HPAPI best practices on HPAPI handling procedures, safety protocols, and SOPs.
Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and teamwork and disciplined work environment.
