Housing Society Manager

Role Overview: As a Housing Society Manager, your role will involve overseeing daily operations such as maintenance, security, housekeeping, and gardening. You will be responsible for managing finances, preparing budgets using Tally, and addressing resident concerns in a professional manner. Your duties will also include enforcing society rules and regulations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, maintaining society records, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and gardening - Manage finances, prepare budgets using Tally, and address resident concerns - Enforce society rules and regulations - Coordinate with vendors and contractors - Maintain society records and prepare meeting agendas - Ensure compliance with relevant laws Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and communication skills - Fluency in Hindi & Marathi - Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (knowledge of society management software is a plus) - Excellent customer service skills - Minimum qualification of 12th Pass Additional Details: If you are a dedicated and organized individual who meets the qualifications mentioned above, this role as a Housing Society Manager offers a salary range of 15K to 18K from Monday to Saturday.
