• Property Marketing and Presentation:Creating and executing marketing strategies to promote properties, including virtual or in-person showings and open houses.
• Negotiation:Representing clients in negotiations to secure the best possible price and terms for property transactions.
• Transaction Management:Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from offer to closing, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.
• Market Research:Staying informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Sales Reporting:Tracking sales progress, preparing reports, and managing leads using CRM software.
