Housekeeping/Labor Staff (Urgent Requirement – Residential prefer) Location: Shahapur, Maharashtra Salary Range: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month We are urgently looking for disciplined, hardworking, and reliable housekeeping/labor staff members who will align with our institution's values and standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, physically active, and able to maintain cleanliness and order across our campus facilities. The ideal candidates will demonstrate responsibility, respect for the spiritual environment, and willingness to work in a structured setting. Residential stay is mandatory, and accommodation and meals will be provided free of charge by the institution. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all campus facilities including ashram premises, offices, and common areas Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal) Help with basic maintenance tasks as needed Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organization as needed Other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Previous experience in housekeeping or labor work preferred Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and products Ability to follow instructions carefully Respectful attitude toward the spiritual and educational environment Why Join Us?
