Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
• Ensure public areas, such as lobbies and hallways, are clean and tidy
• Restock supplies and linens as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the housekeeping supervisor
• Adhere to hotel standards for cleanliness and quality
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity standards
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and hotel staff

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
