Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Park Avenue Hotel in Tiruchirappalli. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff supervision, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, coordinating with the laundry team, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. The role also involves addressing guest requests and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate a housekeeping team.
• Experience in Housekeeping and understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Laundry operations and best practices.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with housekeeping software is an advantage.
