1. Staff Management: Assigning tasks to housekeeping staff and ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the required standard. Supervising and providing guidance to housekeeping staff, including training new employees. Scheduling staff shifts and managing any necessary replacements. Motivating team members and addressing any issues that arise. Conducting performance evaluations of staff. 2. Quality Control: Inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation, ensuring they meet established standards. Conducting quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards. Identifying and addressing any maintenance issues in guest rooms or public areas. Overseeing deep cleaning procedures and other special projects. 3. Inventory Management: Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other necessary items. Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. Issuing supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff. 4. Guest Services: Responding to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services. Handling lost and found items. Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
