Job Summary:The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment in assigned areas, which may include guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role requires attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:Clean guest rooms, restrooms, corridors, and public areas according to company standards Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning items Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Handle guest requests promptly and professionally Follow established health and safety procedures, including the use of protective gear Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies Comply with hotel/company policies and confidentiality standards
