Industry: Facility Management Mandatory: Own Two Wheeler with valid Licence no of Position: 02 Experience: Minimum 4 yrs. worked under operation team in any Facility Management Company Responsibilities: * Management of Security/Housekeeping Staff of several sites (Shopping Mall, Residential/Commercial Building, Shop, Temple etc..) * Provide training to site security/housekeeping staff if necessary. * Overseeing the duties, Leave and salary related matters of the site staff * Supervised shifts, duty rosters, uniforms, etc. of site staffs * Satisfying the Client about the Safety and Security/ Cleanliness of his site * Client Management. * Day to day report to the Operation Manager about the operation of Specific Site * Share the mothly attendance of Specific site staffs for generating their wages Skills: * Good knowldege in Word , Excel * Good mail communication * Good Communication Benefits: PF, Mediclaim, Moble Allownace, Petro Card etc..
