Housekeeping Staff

As a professional housekeeper, your role involves cleaning and maintaining properties using company-prescribed procedures, products, and equipment. This includes tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be responsible for moving furniture to clean underneath and behind, as well as assisting with laundry when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Replenish consumable items like toiletries and paper products to ensure guest satisfaction - Identify and report damages, create maintenance tickets, and notify management of any concerns - Perform basic maintenance and care for hot tubs with on-site training provided - Ensure homes are clean, safe, and welcoming to help create a positive guest experience - Attend mandatory meetings, adhere to housekeeping metrics, and perform other assigned duties Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred - Ability to follow company cleaning procedures and work efficiently - Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify maintenance issues - Good communication skills to report damages and concerns to management - Willingness to work in person at the designated location In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
