The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and waitlists, coordinating table seating, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant. The Hostess works closely with the service and management teams to uphold hospitality standards and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
