Position: Housekeeping Attendant (Freshers)

We are hiring 30 Housekeeping Attendants for renowned 4-star and 5-star hotels in Oman. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh Hotel Management graduates to start a rewarding international career in hospitality.

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join the housekeeping team. The role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests by maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping excellence. Prior experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies, toiletries, and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other common areas.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely following proper protocols.
• Dispose waste according to hygiene and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining grooming and professionalism.
• Support team members and follow all housekeeping and hotel operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (Freshers can apply).
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and basic English reading, writing, and speaking ability.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to hotel environments.
