Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping – Guest Service Associate located in Surendranagar. The Guest Service Associate will handle housekeeping responsibilities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure rooms and meet high standards. The role also includes delivering excellent guest services, addressing guests’ needs promptly, managing reservations-related requests, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations management abilities
• Excellent Communication skills to professionally interact with guests and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in housekeeping or guest services is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
